Overall great process. This was the first building I commissioned to be built. Bo was very helpful and didn’t push me into something I didn’t need or want. The process was very transparent, I knew exactly what I was paying for. After making a down payment, the Essex metal building team worked with me on the build date as well.
In terms of the actual build, the team showed up promptly at 7:00 am on a Friday and finished that evening.
I was able to supply an electrical resource for their tools and charging, which allowed for a more quiet install (no loud generator).
I’m very happy with my final product.
We wanted a carport for some time to cover our food trailer & camper. After talking to several businesses & getting quotes, we decided on Sam with Essex.
