Overall great process. This was the first building I commissioned to be built. Bo was very helpful and didn’t push me into something I didn’t need or want. The process was very transparent, I knew exactly what I was paying for. After making a down payment, the Essex metal building team worked with me on the build date as well.

In terms of the actual build, the team showed up promptly at 7:00 am on a Friday and finished that evening.

I was able to supply an electrical resource for their tools and charging, which allowed for a more quiet install (no loud generator).

I’m very happy with my final product.

We wanted a carport for some time to cover our food trailer & camper. After talking to several businesses & getting quotes, we decided on Sam with Essex. He had the best prices & tried to do his best to design what we wanted for the lowest price. The guys that installed it are great, they worked their tails off & it looks fantastic! Thanks guys, really appreciate it!

I finally have my dream barn thanks to Bo and crew! Bo worked with me for several months trying to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. He kept his patience and was so kind during the entire project even though I’m sure I made him crazy with all my changes and new ideas. I’m so grateful and blessed to have found this company to build my barn.

I had a 12 x16 x 14 foot tall portable building that needed to be moved from Orange to Hemphill, I found Sam’s ad on Facebook and sent them a message. I received a reply quickly, I sent some pictures and both addresses. Sam arranged permits and escorts and delivered the building as agreed. His mover was a first class guy that truly cared about his work. The building was staged exactly where I needed it and leveled perfectly. Long story short “Sam’s group are quality folks that do what they say they will do…when they say they will do it….which is becoming more and more rare these days.

Needed our building moved over and Redneck and Scott was to the rescue. They are great! Very friendly, sociable and went above and beyond!! Will be ordering another building in a year or 2 and those guys will be the ones I request. Had a bad experience from first delivery guy but these guys can’t out and turned it around. Also the salesman Zach was an incredible guy and helped me get everything I wanted. Thank yall so much!!!
